Shipping Policy

Shipping time varies between 3 and 20 working days depending on your destination. Also the shipping costs depend on your chosen destination, they vary between €6 and €23. All packages are shipped from Belgium.

Note: Customs fees are always for the recipient.

If your package is delayed longer than the indicated time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then do everything possible to get your package to you. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to customs, strikes, local holidays, ...

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to sanitary purposes we do not accept returns.

However if the item arrives damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence as soon the item arrives. We will then look for the replacing of the item or a refund.
